Strategic Guidance Session (30 Minutes)
A structured advisory engagement focused on CRM configuration, systems architecture, permissions, integrations, API considerations, and implementation strategy.
Scope
This service provides strategic analysis and professional recommendations based on review of the information, documentation, and system access made available at the time of engagement.
 
Deliverables may include written guidance via email or text, annotated feedback, recorded walkthrough, or live advisory discussion (available for certain cases).
 
This service does not include hands-on implementation, direct system administration, development work, data migration, vendor coordination, or ongoing support unless separately contracted.
 
 
All advisory time is billable at $150 per 30 minutes.
Billable time includes:
System review and analysis
Answering quick or in-depth questions and guidance on systems
Reviewing documentation or credentials
Drafting responses or guidance
Email or message-based advisory
Recorded walkthrough preparation
Live session time
Login and access time
Time begins at the start of material review and is calculated in 30-minute increments.
If additional time is required due to:
Invalid or outdated credentials
Multi-factor authentication delays
Access restrictions
Password resets
Account verification issues
Locating correct systems or URLs
 
That time will either be deducted from the purchased session block or billed as additional time.
 
Clients are responsible for ensuring all login credentials are current, accessible, and functional prior to the session.
 
 
Client is responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete system access
Executing all recommended changes
Coordinating with third-party vendors or platform support as necessary unless added to new scope of work with EMG LTD
Maintaining system backups and access controls
Validating results after implementation
